Hey, I'm Naveen. I build AI-first healthcare products and the teams that ship them, based in Pittsburgh.
I have been developing software since 2011, with 15+ years leading cross-functional teams to ideate, design, build, and launch healthcare SaaS, with a special focus on patient access. For the last decade at Treatspace, I helped take the company from a referral network to a full AI-first patient-access platform, and I now lead engineering, product, and a company-wide AI-first transformation.
My work lives at the crossroads of strategy and engineering: turning messy clinical problems into products real care teams actually adopt, and holding AI to the evidence rather than the hype.
